Fisher Information Analysis and Optimization

The goal of this project is to calculate the optimal inputs to a dynamic system to best estimate a set of parameters related to the system.  This process involves the optimization of Fisher Information which is a measure of how well a set of observations can determine the set of parameters.  Using a sensitivity-based approach to calculating the information and optimization algorithms, optimal trajectories can be found which provide improved estimates of system parameters.
